Managing Job Requests

With Solving Services Job Requests, work can be created, assigned, and tracked all from one location.

Creating a Job Request

To create a new job request:

  1. Enter a title
  2. Select the location where the work will be completed
  3. Choose the appropriate Job Form

You can then:

  • Add additional details or instructions
  • Assign specific users or groups
  • Schedule the job for a specific date and time
  • Set recurring jobs to repeat automatically

It’s simple and streamlined.

Automatic Notifications

When a job request is created:

  • Assigned users and groups are notified via email
  • In-app notifications alert them to the new work

No manual follow-up required.

Send Requests Externally

Job requests can also be sent to:

  • Contractors
  • Vendors
  • External partners

They do not need a Solving Services account to complete the request.

When Work Is Completed

Once the job is finished:

  • The original request details remain visible
  • Before and after photos are attached
  • Custom form responses are included
  • All data is saved with timestamps and user information

You maintain a complete record of what was requested and what was delivered.

Share with Customers

Completed job requests can be shared with clients:

  • As a secure link
  • As an exported PDF

You control exactly what information your customer sees.

View & Organize Your Requests

Job requests can be viewed:

  • As a list
  • On a map
  • On the schedule page

The schedule view includes:

  • Monthly view
  • Weekly view
  • Daily view
  • Agenda view (see only what needs to happen today)

Search and advanced filters make it easy to find specific requests quickly.
