We have incorporated the program into our City Parks maintenance and Public Works weekly work order program. It is now the app and platform that the Power Department uses for all city assets and properties as well.The job/work order tracking has been outstanding.

I have been using Solving Services Work Order Software since around October 2025. I find it awesome that I can save all my locations, such as wells, lift stations, parks, etc. It makes it fast to put a work order together. I also like the feature that allows me to customize my job form, meaning I can include several different jobs we do that are not in the default options.
The scheduling feature for recurring tasks that we must complete every day is also very helpful. Meanwhile, I can sit at my desktop and send job requests to my guys on their phones, and we can document with photos and complete the job out in the field.This software has helped me out immensely. We went from a public works department that did not even have a computer and wrote everything on notepads with no documentation, to this. It has also come in handy for printing detailed reports for my town council. They can be as detailed as you want.
